Privacy Policy

Ophthalmic Pharmacopoeia is a clinical drug reference sponsored by Sydney Hospital & Sydney Eye Hospital (SEH) and developed, distributed, and hosted by Packaged Solutions Pty Ltd (trading as Getbusi), ABN 35 099 376 495. This policy describes how Getbusi handles data on behalf of the Pharmacopoeia. SEH is the content owner and does not process user data through this product.
No account is required to use the app or website, and we do not ask for your name, email, or any other identifying information.
Data stored on your device
The app stores your favourited and recently viewed drugs locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Getbusi, SEH, or any third party. To delete it, clear the app's data in your device settings or uninstall the app.
Analytics
We collect aggregated usage analytics (screens or pages viewed, approximate location, device type) to understand which parts of the Pharmacopoeia are used. These events are not linked to an identified user. Depending on the platform, analytics may be processed by Clicky or Google Analytics, each with default collection settings. Apple may additionally share aggregated, de-identified usage statistics from the iOS app if you have opted in under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share With App Developers.
To opt out: enable Do Not Track in your browser; adjust your device's advertising or analytics settings (for example, Settings → Google → Ads on Android, or the Apple setting above on iOS); or stop using the product.
Server logs
Our web servers record standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and diagnostics, retained for a limited period and not linked to any identified user.
Data handling
All traffic is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell or share personal data, and we require any third-party provider we use to protect it to the same standard described here.
Children
This product is intended for clinicians and is not directed at children under 13.
